For an integrated creative agency part of an international loyalty programmes company we are looking for an art director. This agency develops and visualizes loyalty concepts, pitch presentations, point of sale materials and other marketing tools for their worldwide loyalty programmes. You will assist the Creative Director,and take care of the day-to-day creative developments and execution of campaigns. Liaising with the Account Management team to discuss client requirements, gaining an understanding of the target audience and meeting with the Creative Director before ideas are presented to the client to confirm they are final and therefore suitable for presentation are part of your role. You will also produce visuals and final artwork for projects and attend shoots both photographic and live action. We are looking for an inventive individual who has 5+ years agency experience with supervising qualities. You are conceptually & commercially strong, you inspire, get the best from designers, always strive towards excellence and help oversee day-to-day creative development in print, product and digital. Responsible for producing innovative ideas for loyalty campaigns in line with the client brief provided. You are able to develop visual concepts which adhere to any brand style guideline and restrictions provided. Work resourcefully, offering a variety of alternative solutions to creative problems and have the ability to clearly and confidently present your work in front of both internal clients. You don’t shy away from hands-on work and are ready to jump in with the highest level of design quality. You can also utilise a high level of skill across multiple design software packages (Adobe Creative Suite – in particular Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) to deliver creative solutions to the brief required and within the time frame required. You posses strong typography skills and are a strong communicator in English, verbal and written (main language spoken in the office is English). Offered is a fulltime job within a purpose driven company.
