The Best Social, organiseert haar 10e jaarlijkse social media awards show: The Best Social Awards, en we zijn op zoek naar een Digital Project Manager. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de planning van het team & van al onze digitale assets. Dit gaat o.a. social posts, campagnes voor partners, blogs op The Best Social Media, de content voor de genomineerden, het stemproces, het juryproces en updates voor de website. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het succes van de Awards en je werkt samen met een gepassioneerd team van creatievelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat zoveel mogelijk mensen The Best Social Awards leren kennen. Je moet een digital native zijn – dit betekent dat je vertrouwd bent met de nieuwste technologie en weet hoe je er het beste van kunt maken. Je hoeft zelf geen prijswinnend portfolio te hebben, maar je moet wel een goed oog hebben voor online content, planning, communicatie & techniek. De ideale kandidaat: Kan professioneel communiceren in het Engels en Nederlands. Heeft minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring met projectmanagement in digital. Heeft ervaring met het aansturen van mensen en processen. Heeft passie en kennis van het huidige Nederlandse medialandschap. Houdt van een uitdaging en is gepassioneerd om samen met ons The Best Social uit te bouwen. Houdt ervan om veel verschillende campagnes en assets tegelijkertijd te managen. In this role you will be responsible for managing and planning the team, all our digital assets, including social posts, campaigns for partners, blogs on The Best Social Media, the content for the nominees, the voting process, the jury process & updates for the website. You are our spider in the digital awards web. You will be responsible for driving the success of the awards show, and you’ll be working with a passionate team of creatives to ensure that as many people as possible get to know & join The Best Social Awards. You’ll need to be a digital native – this means that you’re comfortable with all the latest technology, and you know how to make the most of it. You don’t have to have an award-winning portfolio yourself, but you should have a great eye for online content, planning, communication & technology. The ideal candidate: Can communicate professionally in English and Dutch. Has at least 2 years of relevant experience with project managing in digital. Has experience in managing people and processes.  Has passion and knowledge about the current Dutch media landscape. Loves a challenge and is passionate about expanding The Best Social with us. Is able to manage a lot of different campaigns and assets at the same time. Is able to be a point of contact of different stakeholders Has a great eye for planning and keeping overview.
